Truthfulness and Objectiveness:
The employees of Seçil Kauçuk act in accordance with the principles of legality, openness and truthfulness in all their actions and transactions. They is no discrimination in terms of language, religion, philosophical belief, political thought, race, gender, etc. while performing their duties and offering services. They cannot engage in behaviours and practices against human rights and freedoms.
Reputation and Trust:
The employees of Seçil Kauçuk attach great importance to the concepts of trust and reputation while carrying out their activities. They refrain from engaging in behavior that damages the feeling of trust and harms the principle of truthfulness.
Notification to Competent Authorities:
The employees of Seçil Kauçuk report the situation to the Seçil Kauçuk Ethical Committee and / or Board of Directors in case of inconsistent or illegal work and actions of its customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Not Using Duties and Powers for Making Benefit:
The employees of Seçil Kauçuk cannot benefit in favor of themselves, relatives or third parties in the use of duties, titles and powers. The employees of Seçil Kauçuk refrain from obtaining any special interests that affect to perform their duties in an impartial and objective manner.
While performing their activities, the employees of Seçil Kauçuk cannot use or share official, explicit or confidential information about the Company, its customers, suppliers and other stakeholders in order to get a direct or indirect benefit for themselves, their relatives or third parties.
Binding Statements and Delusive Statement:
The employees of Seçil Kauçuk cannot have personal benefit , or undertake activities for the benefit of relatives or third parties in the use of duties, titles and powers. The employees of Seçil Kauçuk refrain from obtaining any special interests that affect to perform their duties in an impartial and objective manner.
Providing Information and Transparency:
If requested by real and legal persons, the information or documents are duly submitted, other than the exception set out in the Right to Information Act no 4982.

Unethical Situation Notification
The Operation of Seçil Kauçuk’s Ethical Notification Process:
Seçil Kauçuk manages its relations with its employees, customers, suppliers, project partners, official authorities and the society with truthfulness, honesty and transparency. Seçil Kauçuk wishes that employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders share their opinions or doubts whenever they think that the ethical rules are violated, and expects them to share this quickly with the Ethical Committee. Seçil Kauçuk’s Ethical Committee deals with the notifications and complaints made by the employees, customers, suppliers or other stakeholders in line with the principles of objectiveness, transparency, truthfulness and honesty.
Unethical and non-compliance issues on the activities of Seçil Kauçuk that are not carried out in accordance with the principles and rules stated on this website under the title of "Seçil Kauçuk’s Ethical Rules" can be reported to the Ethical Committee by filling out the form below. These notifications will only be sent to the Chair of the Ethical Committee and will be evaluated by the Ethical Committee. The notifications and complaints to be made by our employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders within the scope of Seçil Kauçuk’s Ethical Rules will be kept strictly confidential and will be processed swiftly by the Committee.
Seçil Kauçuk will not make any sanctions against its employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders who make notifications, complaints or help such initiatives. Those who make their notifications by giving their names will be given feedbacks about the subject and the transactions made.
Seçil Kauçuk’s employees, customers, suppliers or stakeholders should not disclose the issue to any person or organization other than Company officials unless the Ethical Committee refuses to conduct research or take action regarding the inappropriate transactions or practices they wish to report, or unless the possibilities of applying to all management levels within Seçil Kauçuk are exhausted.
